#32 popping with a £500 OP.
I think that will be the last one this year, as we are still saving for when I go on maternity leave in January. We also need to pay to have some work done to the house before the little ones arrival.
We have done well in the last month or so though, changed mortgage deal to a slightly lower rate, lower monthly payments, fixed for 5 years (so we know where we stand with payments until the little one starts school!) and thanks to the OPs already made (and the house apparently increasing in value a lot more than expected!) we have gone down a couple of brackets on LTV.
So thanks to everyone on all of the MFW threads for your inspiration, it has really helped out little family to get the best start!MFW 2016 #32 £1574.66/£1500:j:j0 -
