amazon help needed

I spoke to amazon, thank you so much to who provided the link and told me I could.

I must say they were fantastic and very helpful. Before I rang I checked 4 local stores and they are all out of stock of the item :eek: Amazon did say the estimated delivery date had been extended to wednesday and couldn't do anything until then! I explained the situation and said I couldn't wait as by wednesday they might have also ran out of stock and that is leaving it a bit late to get another one out in time. They are very kindly going to send another one out on Monday and if on the off chance they both arrive I am only to sign for the one so they other one gets returned to them.
