as mentioned many times over these are using "new" pricematch terms and conditions which are much much stricter than the usual older cashback terms and conditions. If you havent recieved the vouchers I would stronly suggest you contact them via email (as a written proof) and telephone and request them. I believe these can only be requested within 14 days of receipt of the phone.

These cashback terms require original bills (not copies) sent at the right time, an incorrect claim will cost you a £10 admin fee and a missed cashback claim will void all other future cashbacks. Please be careful and make sure you know what you are getting yourself into.

What is the difference between this and the normal terms. Isn't it just that an original bill is required?

    EDIT

Just noticed these two gems "Administration charges

Due to the number of early claims, duplicate claims, incomplete claims and multiple claims, we will charge you £10 for each case encountered.

    Multiple Claims

We do not accept more than one claim per envelope. We are looking for one correct claim per envelope and we shred all further paperwork. You risk losing your claim altogether if you adopt this practice and the excess paperwork is shredded."

Terms that are probably unenforceable in a civil court

    is laughable.

Are the vouchers not the ones found in the link on the site if you click on the part which says "11m months free" etc in the tariff options? They are in PDF format.
Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes,  thank you and no.

    Thank you.

I have often wondered whether a company refusing a cashback because of a debatable technicality would stand up in court eg. a claim sent by recorded delivery and the retailer claiming it did not arrive, or an incorrect piece of information on that claim form.
As far as I know any terms levied on customers must still be reasonable.

ive yet to hear of a cashback claim that was refused and then subseqently going to court being defended by the company.
