I need a cheap electrician/network engineer in east glasgow

I was doing some renovating today and decided to remove what I thought was a redundant aerial cable since I've Long stopped owning a TV. I didn't notice until after that this is actually my BT phone line.
I ripped the junction box out of the wall and cut the cable behind it, and also severed the line halfway along. Took me an hour after that to check my internet. Everything is dead.
My ISP (zen) says BT will charge £90 to fix it, but that I could probably find a local engineer to do it cheaper.
East end of Glasgow, know anyone who could help?
