Contact number for EE orders?

Does anybody here have a contact number for chasing up phone orders? I ordered a phone for my son's Christmas present from the EE shop 2 weeks ago and the confirmation said delivery to the EE shop in 1 day. I've since had one email that said basically "there is a delay, don't contact us" and gave me a useless link that has no information about timescales but lots of people posting complaints.
I've tried ringing customer services from my phone (150) but nobody has a clue about chasing up orders and I generally get cut off after they try to transfer me. The EE shop has the phones in stock but refused to give me one, even though I have paid for it. They told me I could have one if I paid again :eek: which makes no sense.
I really need to either find out when the phone will be in stock or just cancel and get it from elsewhere but I have no means of contacting the orders department to get a straight answer. The EE shop were very unhelpful and wouldn't chase the order for me.
Does anybody have contact details for EE website orders?

"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee."

As a departing EE customer, you have my sympathy. Their telephone staff aren't especially helpful. I've had some success by posting on their Facebook page/messaging them via their Facebook page. You could try that?© Cuilean 2005. Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.0

Try these:
07953 966 250, options 2>1>4 (options could have changed, so listen to the instructions).
If that doesn't work, try 0800 0790 530====0 -
Try using their website and accessing online chat, I found them helpful.
Otherwise you could try tweeting them.
