Same for me yesterday sax, tried going from the home page http://www.co-operativefood.co.uk and then clicking on the 12 days of xmas (on the left somewhere for me) and then the form showed. HTH

Entered the first few successfully but the last 3 haven't shown an entry form - tried the various links , get the page but no entry form. Using Firefox.
Plenty of other advents to enter though
