I think it might be to do with cookies- none of the links were working for me but when I opened them in an incognito window they did.

Yes - I deleted their cookie then reloaded the window and the form appeared.

Although not listed as an 'option' there are three places to click and it definitely isn't the first two options - I would therefore suggest, by process of elimination, it's the 3rd circle you need to tick to enter!

no questions showing for me. Further up this page it states you can enter by email but need to know the answer to enter by this method so please could someone post it if they can see any question

you dont say which browser you are using but I have found on the last 2 days it works in internet explorer no in fire fox though hope that helps, good luck

thanks, that worked, tried other browsers but still not showing. I don't usually use IE as it 's always painfully slow & MSE won't let me post links when I use it
