You might be in luck if that P4U store became a Vodafone store...simply Vodafone bought the liability with the store and P4U staff.

    RUBBISH

some P4U stores were bought by Vodafone
some P4U stores were bought by EE
the remaining p4U stores were left closed

neither Vodafone or EE took any of P4U liabilities or any responsibility to the P4U staff at these stores.

I know our local P4U store was one taken over by EE and non of the P4U staff were part of this, they had to apply like anyone else for a job at the store.

    Hi Lee,

Please can you try and look into this ref which I have now been given via email on the link on this website.

Various errors and overcharges since Dec 2014 caused by VF. Two identical contracts taken out at the same time on the same phone call to Ireland. One account is fine and was the set up correctly the other is an utter mess with a FREE phone being charged at £69 and higher line rental being taken via direct debit every month and then additional prorating added on when the local VF store tried to sort it all out (but it's still a mess)! I am now at the end of my tether - please help as I need this sorting asap to stop further higher monthly charges and I need a refund on what has been incorrectly taken from my bank account!

    Thanks
