Samsung D600 replacement screen - can it be done and where?

Had said phone for 18 mths then changed contract. DH had it for 2 days having unlocked it and 'bang' breaks the screen.

Can you replace it and if so how and where?

Much appreciated if anyone can offer guidance.
If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

    samsung screens are usually hard to change, a local shop/market stall should be able to do this job for you.

    also, i think samsung screens are quite expensive as well

    as gaming guide says, they are not cheap and the phone needs completely stripping to fit them and its easy to damage the ribbon clamps which are almost impossible to repair
    as a guide i charge £40 fitted when i do them locally.
    i would also recommend chaning the ribbon cable at the same time as this will soon go faulty when disturbed and they are only about £2
