EE contract cancelled

...for a broadband service that never was. Nice landline, but never connected to internet, despite joining them in October!
We have had to cope with three weeks without internet - difficult with three school aged children, one of whom is in his GCSE final year. Not to mention the inconvenience. Oh, and did I mention the additional costs of Christmas - not being able to shop online!
Have been informed that I will incur £140 +£29 termination, so off to solicitors. Also have to wait 10 days before I can go with anyone else.
Why on earth did I leave TalkTalk? Ah yes, it was there ever increasing fees.
