I check MS money weekly and can easily find my 'finger data' problems
without that much fuss.

Perhaps someone can confirm, or otherwise.
That is not correct. They have to provide all the information, true, but they are under no obligation to provide it in the same format as they issued it originally. Rather than bank statements, the information is likely to arrive in a long computer print out of transactions.0
