Android app to virtualise Nectar and Clubcard loyalty cards?

My Samsung S4 had a built-in app called Beep N Go (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobeam.beepngo&hl=en_GB) which allowed you to scan the barcode of your loyalty cards. It would then allow you to use the app to scan the barcodes at the checkouts (and self service checkouts). This worked flawlessly with Tesco and Sainsburys at the normal check-outs and the self service checkouts.

However, I've since moved to another phone (Nexus 5) but the Beep N Go app seems exclusive to Samsung. I've tried various other third party apps that claim to do the same but none of them work.

Does anyone know why? Or have one that works?
