Tried to download it, after I gave personal details to allow Primark to spam me nothing happened. The site said an email would arrive, to verify my details which would start the download - nothing!
Anyone actually got Facetime on a Windows laptop?

Facetime only exists for Apple computers and mobile devices. There is no such thing as Facetime for Windows.0

Hopefully you haven't given them much in the way of personal data, as this is likely to be a scam, Facetime is Apple only.0

Not really, name, Marital status, throwaway email.
Hard to believe how many download sites are offering it if it's a scam.:eek:This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -

Its the meail they want a throw away email is good.
I did something similar a while ago using a throw away email, however there is over 100 emails per day from spammers and junkstersAll the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0 -
Have done system restore and now running malwarebytes as a precaution.
Thanks for all the input. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -
Officially no, but it wouldnt be the first time that someone has created a reversed engineered/ hacked version into Apple propriety systems or others.
As an Apple user I've not needed to see if others have done it, certainly used to have a reverse engineered version of AirPlay on my laptop before making the transition. A quick google shows many claiming to have done it but they all the claim to be the only ones that have managed it and with vastly varying filesizes its rings alarm bells that the majority are not going to be real if not all of them being fake0 -
