  • Last few days of the month and don't think my next quidco deposit will make it to my bank in time so declaring my total from January's wage! So happy to be over 30% already, can't wait to be done with repaying this lot though it's already taking it's toll :o

Payments per day is interesting, there are 310 days left of this year so that means my daily payments need to be £8.08 - £5.75 of this met by my Direct Debit payments so only another £2.33 per day to find!

    Happy!

I'm not thinking about my daily total at the moment :(

On a more positive note, I paid an extra £436 today to the CC, so... #85 £3118.64/£25,000 12.47%

Morning all (just) Minimum payment has just gone out on the loan and it looks like the monthly interest amount has come down for £20 to £16. Those overpayments are making a difference as more of the minimum payment pays down the capital now too :T

  • I love the statistical analysis of things like this (im quite sad and analyse everything, at my target to clear all of my debts, including those not included yet in this challenge...

This year I need to pay off £21,500, which equates to I need to pay off £69.35 per day, that equates to only £2.88 per hour or around 4.812p per minute or a meagre 0.0008027p per second...

All of this is from my spreadsheets
    £4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

  • Hey all x I hope you are well.

Loving the payments by days idea although i didnt like my calculation of £28.45 a day :(

Looking forward to pay day on friday, even though February is a short month, it feels like its been a very long time since my last payday.

I was hoping to throw quite a bit at our debt this month, however my delightful son decided he wanted a birthday party - giving us just 10 days notice - informing us AFTER he had announced it on facebook and 300 comments later  so that ended up being £250 :(

We exchange on our house on Friday (finally...it was supposed to be 26th January) and should complete early March, however the searches threw up some additional costs meaning i have another £169 to find before we complete and im hoping nothing "extra" pops up in the legal fees from the solicitors.

Ive made £73 this month on Ebay and im waiting for £62 to track in quidco so at least that offsets some of the additional costs.

I would have much rather the £554 was an additional payment on our debt, oh well. Next month maybe :)
Finally dealing with debt: 01.01.2015 -£10,562.:(
