Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -
Hi all
Just thought I'd pop in and say hello again. Spent most of last week searching Rightmove and Zoopla and found no houses in our budget mehh. Think we might have to look at shared ownership. Only way we are going to get a nice house with the monthly budget we have.
I have about £160 on the credit card again after that wedding clothes spending a few weeks ago. Will clear that again on payday. One more month and then will get my bonus0 -
Just switched my bank account to Halifax for the £100, plus £5 per month. It'll be getting immediately sent to First Direct when it arrives
Welcome back Mat_lock, I hope debt free life is treating you well
Keep an eye out for a big update in the next few days everybody!0 -

My brother has used the help to buy scheme and is very pleased with it. Might be worth a look.DMP started Oct '17: £79,974 :eek::eek::eek::eek:0 -
I looked at it before, still confused which scheme would benefit us better.
They need to teach money and mortgages in schools. I'm rubbish at reading and learning for myself.0 -

They all are the same really, we are ruled out of help to buy equity scheme coz the houses in our area are way out of our price range! Don't fancy buying a flat.0 -
