Vodafone ombudsman

So shortly After my case is registered with the Ombusman.

Ardent credit services have started contacting me on behalf of Vodafone.

Yet Nothing from Vodafone. About this or any warnings.

It might be a coincidence but I have a feeling Vodaphone would chased me themselves more.


and the Ombusman is waiting for Vodafone to submit there evidence.
and It seems like Vodafone is taking there time about it.
