Hi
My flight with Monarch was cancelled for a holiday booked in May next year.
The best best they could offer me was a flight through Leeds minus the extra leg room I paid for which isn't an option for me.
Ultimately I have to book another flight through Birmingham losing 1 day in the hotel and book an extra night at the hotel to make up for it costing more money.
Do I have a case for compensation ?

Thanks Caz, I deleted my stick to the Monarch thread and read the FAQ post.

Kayanos - get yourself on the Monarch Facebook page as there is a recent post on their wall regarding many a similar problem to yours (Monarch cancellation of charter /long haul flights ) and the alternative options and possible payments due or achievable.0
