Tiling over tiles

The tile paint worked fine and was as I said a quick cheap liven up for what was a bit dated pink set of tiles, I painted over the grout as well, if you are renting out I would give it a try, its a lot easier than re-tiling.0

its a money saving idea indeed. renters will probably trash my place anyway so i think its the best option.
Last question - can I buy it anywhere? Like B&Q etc?0 -
I got mine in B&Q think homebase sell it as well.

I've used two types, that which needs the base on first and the stuff that you only need to paint on on its own. Both are sold in B and Q though not a great range of colours. I would definitely use the paint-alone stuff - it doesn
't seem to run as much and I found the base was quite tricky to put on. The B and Q one was better than the proper brand that comes in a red tin that I can't remember the name of.Annabeth Charlotte arrived on 7th February 2008, 2.5 weeks early0 -
Have used tile paint 3 times now - just use a primer first then the tile paint on top . I also bought a white grouting pen for the grout lines which as proper tile grout goes mouldy this wont HTH.0

Not that I am an expert, I am trying to do the same and found a link relating to tile painting:
