LEJC makes a good point. One of the reasons I picked the one I did was because I need it to live in the cupboard under the sink, which meant uprights were out of the question.0

Oh yeah LJEC thank you for that! I completely forgot that I actually need to store the thing :rotfl:, i'll have to have a look at the flat first, i'm fairly sure there is a utilities cupboard but i'll need to double check!0

After reading many reviews, and not wanting to spend silly money, I went for this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003MPA5GY/ref=pe_385721_51767431_TE_dp_1
Was £99 at the time. Can't fault it, and can't see how a dyson could be better0 -

Miele C3 Complete Cat & Dog Powerline

I have that one (or one very similar) as I used to have a cat that shed hairs like nobody's business all the time - it's very good at what it does. I'd recommend a Henry though, they just seem to go on forever.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
pick up a second hand one on gumtree for a fraction on the price. they usually have the old style (grey and yellow) dysons for £30 ish, I had one for years and they do the job just great. going halfers on a £250 in a flat share is bonkers tbh.0
