Not such a manic day at work today thankfully and now a 5 whole days off to look forward to :j:j

Still undecided about this evening, just can't make up my mind what I want to do! Going to have some dinner and see how I feel after that.

Hope all is well here today :)

Wow Mt2m this was mine also to the T. It was the only goal I could think of that I could achieve. Most importantly it made me feel better about myself and I have to take that. Anything that makes me feel better about myself is very good :) I got some money from dh to treat myself to some new clothes last Christmas. Being an elite I stretched it so, so far lol. I've developed quite an interest now in fashion and I love dresses even though I never go out. It's my birthday in a few weeks also and today I purchased this from my dh to me :D (fab bargain)

A warning *not* to buy fuel today:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-30643816

Unfortunately it's taken the shine off my "buying at the right time", as unfortunately I did and I've gone on to calculate (why did I do so?) that, as a result, I've lost about 59p:eek::(. So that's no more S/P Pears pack next time:rotfl:. I wasn't even desperate for fuel today anyway. Although I don't like putting back the savings I've made, I suppose never mind.

Cynical maybe that the prices come down on 1st January - I imagine to be a low travel day when not many people needing fuel - after people have been spending and travelling on 31 December and needing to buy fuel to use today.

Poor Mr M. Their prices are already somewhat higher than A but, in areas where they are closer to an A, they are forced to have their prices not as high (albeit still a little higher than A). And poor Mr S - in their fuel stations that are opposite and in the same street as Mr A's, that they are forced to put their prices down to the same price as Mr A.
