I'm so looking forward to hearing about your goals. Maybe we can set some together and compare notes! :)

Morning all. Sorry your not feeling well Nanny. Hope everyone else is ok.
I need help with the above please. At this time if year I really feel like I NEED to set myself goals for the new year. Bearing in mind I can't get out much it's really hard to do but I always upset myself thinking I need to make more of a life for myself. I deny my self most pleasures in life as I don't think I'm worth anything. My 3 kids who are my joy have grown up and don't need me so much now so what do I do ? Last year I finally settled on 2 little goals ( you would laugh ) but I achieved them and felt tons better for doing them so this year I need to find something again but have to say I've drawn a blank :wall:
Any ideas would be welcome :o. Tia xx

There will be something you have always wanted to do :) It may be very deeply buried under 'I can't do that, I'm not clever enough, It doesn't matter, it's not important etc etc Acknowledge the thing or things you have always wanted to do out loud to yourself or even better to someone that will help you get there. Then set mini goals that take you closer and closer to it :)

I always have 'goals' rumbling on in the background, nowhere on that list ever mentioned college, never ever thought I would step over the threshold of an educational establishment again but look at me now :eek: A few right people to give me a nudge or a kick up the backside, psychologist help with CBT and other stuff everything just happened, sometimes it's good to loosen the grip - easier said than done.

Now then who's going to help me conjure up 750 to words to finish an essay. Tutor keeps saying staying within word count will be the biggest problem you face, not bloody me, I can't waffle..........

Just bought my season ticket  before the 2.5% price hike come Jan 2nd :money:
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Can I ask what fillers are ok for a waities shop to go with bubbs tons (toblerone) please. Thinking of:

19p cat food (not sure if will show on apg as no price against it for w), bertolli
    dr o
    2 x jacobs savours crackers salt & pepper (2 for £1.70 in w).

Need some cheapo fillers like veg or sweets but loads have no price on msm for waities. I don't need washing powder as I buy in costco and have loads left.

    TIA xx
