They must have done a price over ride. My online order done at 7pm shows heroes at £4.

    The apg shows £2 A v £2 S

Delivery note doesn't show anything for heroes apart from I ordered qty 10. No qty shown on delivered or unit price so obviously overridden it.

They may have overridden instore for the collection price to be different, but I suspect following the system logic that your APG price is just as a result of the system update (ie £2 online at the time of order confirmed as collected) rather than a manual change as I don't know/doubt they could do a manual change on the APG price from instore ... otherwise you would think it would show the lower collection price each time. That said, if the A website has been showing £2 all day today, some have £4 on the A side of APG and others £2, all bets are off :o.

    Morning all.

Its Jools Holland for us tonight, just a family night and the kids stay up.

Need to get lots of cleaning done here. I am taking my hubby away for the weekend for a surprise for his 50th. We haven't had 2 nights away together since my children were born, so need to get house cleaned as me mam will be staying here.

    :o Is that code

Can you tell me one more time why this has to be C&C or HS please? I still don't understand the basic logic of the difference between buying instore or C&C/HS. Thanks. Happy new year everyone.

It doesn't ! Check the sel instore - if its £3 then buy it instore and get a comparison with W. Thats straightforward. If it happens to be £1.50 instore ie reduced to clear then you need to do a CC or H del - the original order will pick up the £3 online price and compare it to 75p in W but you will only have paid £1.50 (the reduced instore price) so you will, hopefully, be quids in.

Morning all. Sorry your not feeling well Nanny. Hope everyone else is ok.
I need help with the above please. At this time if year I really feel like I NEED to set myself goals for the new year. Bearing in mind I can't get out much it's really hard to do but I always upset myself thinking I need to make more of a life for myself. I deny my self most pleasures in life as I don't think I'm worth anything. My 3 kids who are my joy have grown up and don't need me so much now so what do I do ? Last year I finally settled on 2 little goals ( you would laugh ) but I achieved them and felt tons better for doing them so this year I need to find something again but have to say I've drawn a blank :wall:
Any ideas would be welcome :o. Tia xx

Good afternoon all. I hope everyone is warm and well, and those that have the lurgy are feeling somewhat better. Hugs to Snap-ant & fourp ...and anyone else in need.

Right. Things to do. First....time for the tree to come down me thinks. And if I forget to say it later, Happy New Year one and all. Thanks for your brilliant, entertaining, informative, compassionate and compelling company in 2014. Here's to a gloriously glitch-filled 2015!

Normally that means they have done a price override on the collection but I "think" doesn't make a difference to the APG as the collection has still gone through, where it has made a difference in the past is the price actually paid instore (generally people have ended up paying higher than they expected as the price paid matched the online price, not the instore - if you have paid what you expected, then all is good so far).

Good morning Elite. Hoping to do a toblerone shop later as I have to go to the post office to post a royal mail survey letter.

I have read somewhere on a.com that you will always pay the price instore on the day. I have returned items to cs before now when I have been charged the online price rather than the instore price...thinking about it now, maybe that was a c&c rather than hd.... When I have returned stuff that I have been overcharged for the sa normally agrees that I should have been charged the price instore.

cjj, I think your goal should be to wake up every morning and realise what joy you bring to others and NEVER think you're not worth anything. You TOTALLY ARE!!! :T:T:T How about starting by making a list (ooh we love a list :D) of all those pleasures you feel you have denied yourself, then make it a goal to enjoy some of them? And I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to hear the goals you achieved last year and would definitely not laugh - any achievement is worth celebrating, no matter how small. I hope 2015 brings you a whole lot more than you would wish for yourself!
