Footlocker saga continues:rotfl:
So at 8:16 I had an email with UPS tracking number which showed package had left Netherlands and was in Germany and detailsed my order in full........just now I had
28 separate emails saying
"Thank-you for your recent order with Foot Locker! We regret to inform you that item # 31900441226141004141010028 is out of stock at this time. A credit will be issued to your account for the amount of the item."
Credit on my account :rotfl: not checked yet........so 29 items ordered 28 out of stock notifications arriving after dispatch I am intrigued to see what if anything arrives!0 -
Thank you for all the chocolate updates and sorry if anyone gets caught out - it saves me putting in an order by midday for collection later (though may go for Toblerone ...). Fortunately I got some yesterday but it is odd how people are having different results - as I mentioned yesterday, one of my orders showed Heroes on the collection slip at £4 and it was only due to an observant collector replacing with Quality Street and charging me that price that I didn't get charged £4 (assume it would be £4 if Heroes ... but then why would it when the instore price was still showing on the SEL at £1.50)?
Some people appear to be getting £4 or £2 on the A side of the APGs after each other (ie some £4 A coming in after £2 A) so maybe the system updates regionally? You would "think" that the original price on your APG would be whatever you put it into your basket as (and yesterday everyone was ordering at £4), as it ignores whatever price it was instore, but it seems from some experiences that the APG is picking up the online price at the time of collection, not at the time of order? Worth us looking at this a little to try to work out what logic (if any!) it is following.
Wonders out loud if the time that people's orders have been confirmed on the system has been delayed for some, so some earlier orders were fixed at a certain point but only confirmed later, with later orders confirmed immediately at the lower price?

Dad's birthday presents were all MSE.
Half price monster high dolls, Minecraft book, Minecraft animals and Minecraft for the PS3.
We've all been smart and decided to delay buying her a bike until tomorrow and hope to get a good deal on one. Going to go to toys r us and decathlon.
She wants a takeaway kfc for dinner and we can go out for a nice meal tomorrow after bike shopping and bowling.0 -

OMG, what have I missed - was this in store or a click and collect?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Just looked at my delivery note which is interesting ....... Shows all my shopping ..... But the heroes show 10 ordered ..... But shows nothing in delivered, unit price or total for the heroes. Yet the total cost of shopping is correct ....0

But I think some sa trouts in packing manually
Enter the price back to £4
As this has happened to me before
Ie same sales assistant remembering the previous order
And although numerous others peoples orders worked
After mine has failed
the last time this happened at my store
It was on the doves I think
That is possible as my collector said they had checked the price online but had seen it was on offer instore ... still went on the left hand side of the collection receipt as £4.
In fact, my collector was asking all sorts of interesting questions as they get excited seeing my orders knowing that I am getting discounts and look for the deal (I must stand out with some of my orders), but I don't think they have quite worked out why it is such a good deal yet ... I have explained that the reduction is really good/item not always in stock so subs make it worthwhile/getting an extra 10% against offers elsewhere which are all the publicly available explanations ... I am obviously not going to explain the dark arts of the Elite :A as for all I know their friendly disposition could be cover play for being a Head Office spy .
