Holy moly. That's given me palpitations
Great selection at Chez DM
I want to know why it is only for the lads. I would happily give all the cake and chocolate a miss, and have this insteadSmiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

fairclaire, does the caramel to biscuit ratio look right to you?
Looks fab do you have the recipe please?
Assie relatives actually posted some to step dad once:eek:
Personally I would like slightly less caramel and slightly more chocolate but not fussy. Be great to bake in lurkpack tins.

I'm off to bed. I have had a very thought provoking night.
My OH had an epic meltdown earlier. Nothing new to me, he doesn't want to be here, I make him feel guilty, I make him do things he doesn't want to do....blah blah. To be honest I'm so used to it I brush it offI pick up the next day and keep dragging him along with me....and yes he does need dragging at times. It's like keeping someone's head out of the water when they're drowning
And it happens for no reason at all.
The reaction of the other adults I have staying with me just now has made me think. I guess with the exception of DS1, they haven't seen it at its worst. And sometimes it takes that to make you realise it's not normalor good. He is asleep now after all and sundry chasing everywhere he went trying to reason and deal with him. the rest of us are sat here thinking !!!!!! was that all about and looking wistfully at each other.
I sound resentful. Im not. I just had to let it out0 -

OMG if the new house has UPVC windows they are so easy to take off, just a few screws usually?
Anyone could do it... or they could even have popped the beading off and took the glass out then replaced it? Really not that hard.
Oh VT I completely agree. I always cancel my appointments/ visits if I have a cold/ cough. Its so thoughtless to pass it on to someone who has a comprimised immune system.
I hate it when you are out in a shop or something and someone coughs without putting their hand over their mouth? Sometimes you actually feel a bit of their spit hit you? Blurghhhh!
I have four bags, one for day to day, one for Pets As Therapy work, one for dog walking and one holiday beach bag.
I'm not a girly girl so on the odd occasions I go out at night, I take minimal stuff and/or load up my OH with my phone etc.
Reminds me of when I was young and used to go clubbing/ raving. I would fold my money and put it down my sock so I didn't have to carry a bag. Lip balm & front door key in one pocket, no mobile phones back then. How did we manage without them?
I remember those days well. Tiny bag/purse. Emergency £5 for taxi down my bra and carefully rolled up cloakroom ticket in my lipstick:D

I am I dire need of a Brownie wallet. I use a guess one at the moment ant not enough card space. Will have to look on amazon as black one reduced on kipling site is mock crock which I don't like. A removable wrist stay on the brownie would be perfect.
I do like the Zebra shopper, very me but don't need a other shopper as have a Mary Poppies bag already:eek:

I am now thinking a purse with a wristlet, like the one in my link, is a must for me. So convenient to keep in bag as everyday purse and then just pop on wrist when bag not needed.
I have a leather kipling purse that I got from Amazon warehouse really cheap. But could definitely use a wristlet purse. My current wristlets are larger than a purse.0 -

FC as you know so well tomorrow is another day. Christmas is an intense time and it is sometimes hard to understand why people can enjoy things when you can't.
Big Hugs.
