Morning all.
DH spent all day in his pyjamas yesterday. This morning he is already up and dressed and shooting things on the PC. Man flu must be getting better0 -

There was talk about proposals a while back? My OH went to my Dad and asked his permissionmy Dad told him he was very noble but if he wanted to marry me, I'd do it without anyone's permission anyway
he also told him if he was marrying me that I was his responsibility and he'd get landed with paying for me to go to uni ( he was trying to put him off
) my OH joined the army a week later and did indeed pay for me to go to uni
My Dad was impressed with that
I bet he was. I was much later in marrying, 20 yrs old. Thought i was so mature
I work with lots of youngsters Most do not seem ready for work never mind marriage BUT we have a young lad about 22 yrs who is married, has a 3 yrs old plus a new baby The couple opted for a home birth as better surroundings for all including the 3 yr old :eek:0 -
Will someone please tell me to get out of bed and do the ironing:o

Think a spot of whoopsie shopping might be in order this afternoon.
Ventured to the nearest A yesterday but just to get some ham. Food is disappearing quickly in the TM household with DD and DS at home.
Anyway need milk today and I feel ready to face "reduction time":D
Friends coming tonight so need to get a wiggle on. Making beef and butter bean stew with veg which can sit nicely in the slow oven for hours and need to finish off my passion fruit and coconut cake.
