Thanks for that link - the trouble is that although I can link back to Karlie's post, I can't access the T&C's that she mentions as the offer has now expired and her link no longer works. I knew I'd seen £125 mentioned somewhere so at least I know I didn't imagine it all.

You are probably right, its not worth a lot of hassle with them. I can't remember if I followed the MSE link or not - I probably did but I can't prove it now. It was just annoying me that it was their own staff that insisted to me that we would get £125 not £100 because it had gone up. I felt that, having told me that, they should abide by it even if it was their mistake.

What wonderful news Rhosy

I spent this afternoon playing with my new Breville Active Blend. It's a smoothie/juice maker and is so easy to use! You get two detachable bottles with it. It fits straight onto the blender (less mess) and it whizzes up super fast. It can even crush ice for my summer smoothies. Was a really reasonable price too, even though it was a gift from my folks. Chuffed!
