I too get bemused by the 'freezing' posts. Wen I were a lass (well in my early 20s) it was so cold the toilet froze and we had to have a calor gas fire under the loft hatch to stop the tank from freezing. And......I survived :eek: Never even got a medal either :rotfl:

Cheese and gin:D Some very smelly cheese (from the French side of the family) and artisan sloe gin.
Oh, and some clean bedding (Egyptian cotton, 350 thread count ... I've got used to it now:)), some wellies as well (not posh ones, though:cool:), hardboiled crime fiction (what books did you get?), soap and smellies, and a tin of these - just in case I need a sugar rush

And once a week you had to have a bath in a tin bath, and then TV's were invented

Naebbirac C'foot had loads of lynx around 4pm. I didn't think to scan as had not caught up.
Just past where sandwiches are for some reason. You could get lucky if no lurkers ( if you do find them could I have a couple please as not going anywhere for a few days as exhausted).
