This particular one doesn t cost anything to activate. If you buy two £25 ones from Tesco you will get 150 club card points. Plus at the moment there s 100 points voucher in the Tesco magazine on gift cards of £20 or above and it works with these too. So 350 club card points :) I activate them online then usually buy asda vouchers or love to shop vouchers from High St Vouchers.

I do the same… usually I buy Asda gift cards…:D:D:D

Thanks! Do you have an image of what I should be buying. I'll do a trial run next time I'm in T
  • Off the back of the 3V Card thing, I've been looking into CC points... off the back of that I've been looking at Avios. Me and OH are looking to go to Thailand in 2015. It's one of our places to visit before we have children.

So seats next November would be 60,000 points return.

For 2.50 you get 600 points in the Clubcard exchange.

    So I'd need to do 100 exchanges = 100 x £2.50 = £250 in clubcard points.

I know there are other ways to obtain Avios cards, going to look into those now, does this seem realistic, has / does anyone else use the programme?

How does it compare to virgin miles?

    I wish I understood Avois.

Thailand is lovely we spent a month travelling there in 2013 - but we spent a fortune!

silly question, but do you buy the 3v card from Tosco using your clubcard and the voucher out of the mag then take the 3v card to Sada and buy a Sada gift card using the 3v card to pay?

    Hiya :D
Just back from the tasting event.
Lots of finest food, and everything we tried was yummy. Finest Prosecco went in a bottle to bring home:p (only offered one glass tho:() cos I was driving.
We were asked what we thought of the store, the staff and the food/drinks, and filled in a card with suggestions. Both of us suggested a summer tasting event;).
No goody bags, but when we praised the Tesco Collection chocs (the raspberry ones were divine) the young tech lad, who was one of the hosts, gave us a box each:T.
Off to do an A h/d. I looked for slots, but only £5 ones left, so paid £5 for a month of unlimited deliveries. Still works out cheaper than c&c cos it's the A that is furthest away that does groceryc&c for us.

I use Avios to pay for our yearly trip to Antigua. Have a look at Head for Points, and Paidtoshop, lots of info on both of those sites. hth.
