I'm thinking very few people will actually get the £50:( I've done all my 12 (13 actually) different shops but 2 haven't been accepted yet... I've run out of things I need my last option is a snapfish calendar that I do every year but there were no quidco accepted codes last time I looked but lots on the snapfish web site:(0 -

The turkey I won has just arrived by courier! It was in an enormous box with a polystyrene box inside that and wrapped in ice packs inside that. Luckily DH hadn't left for work as I couldn't lift it on my own
I've had to do some quick rearranging of the fridge to fit it in for now. Does anyone know how to cut a turkey into joints, that's the only way I think I can deal with it. I'm thinking take the legs off and divide the rest into two but I don't really know. We usually buy a turkey crown
Be brave and cook it! It looks amazing on the table and you can freeze the cooked meat in all sorts of ways, much easier than jointing a raw turkey. Then make stock from the bones - I tend to let it cool, remove the fat, reduce the stock and freeze in small quantities. But you can also make wonderful soup from it.
Talking of soup, am planning to use some soup vouchers today. I've been away a week. Is there anything I should know please?!0 -

Wet, cold and grey here, but I'm feeling determined to get loads done today. OH has hospital appointment this afternoon but we have to go by s@da to get there
Have my fingers crossed that there will be some more bespoke vouchers today but am kicking myself as I never thought to go through TCB etc.
Hope everyone has a great day.0 -

Tcb new offer of £1 cb for Victoria biscuits 300g £2 in t & m
As much as I prefer topcadhback they are being very slow with their clicksnap thingies - still waiting for cadburys Yule log from dec16 and the chocolate eggs to go into the paid colum. The Yule logs might even go back to Sainsburys if I've not heard of anything by the time oh gets home.
Mind you 300g of biscuits for £1 is quite tempting - just wondering how that compares to value biscuits“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
