Something terrible has happened

My Quidco has gone nuts, and £200 is missing from my account, you can see it all in the activity list, but not in the final score. The £30 or so I had available for withdraw has also disappeared. Suppose I better give them a ring to find out what's going onnnn

Tick tock ... one big present outstanding - laptop ordered 9/12 ... email last week apologising for delay due to couriers and it will be here in time for Christmas - does that mean Santa himself is delivering it as we are cutting it a little fine here :eek:

I had that promise a week ago, when I rang yesterday they withdrew that 'It'll be here for Christmas comment' leaving me :eek: I'd get on the phone!

Sometimes on Q there is a mismatch between the app and the website, and the website activity and the update messages at the top of the screen.
I have to say I trust them to resolve any issues more than TCB - based on recent dealings the general response from TCB is wait longer when something hasn't paid out, from Q it is we have credited your account (ie paid up) and we will continue to chase
. Their online chat Team are fantastic and resolve most issues too :cool:.
I have had a number of legitimate transactions declined on TCB too - with the bonus you do generally get slightly more but 1% extra of a declined payment does not really equate to much

I noticed this yesterday and its still like it today, probably a system problem their end as mine is all tracked but totals are 0 !!0 -

Ha ha, Just as I thought.....if in doubt do nothing !!!!!
