    Oh deary me I have had a terrible afternoon. The trainee I have had to look after the last two weeks. Turned on me. And I had to ask him to go home as I couldn't continue working with him.

    My boss needed this like a hole in head. He questioned our practices and said I was rude abrupt and immature.

    I kinda flipped and told him. He should question himself being racist sexist ageist. Disrespectful and arrogant.


    I was shaking with frustration. Meanwhile trying to sort out the mess he had made on booking system and continue to answer phones and deal with customers.

    My boss was at a funeral planners with her poor sister so not sure whats happening going forward.

    Livid was not the word
