Didn't sleep very well for coughing and my nose like a tap also shoulders aching.
Mum been coughing and spluttering in her stuffy warm flat all weekend while I was there and she never covers her mouth so its no wonder I feel grotbags .

I thought that when right shoulder started yesterday afternoon but in bed realised stupid cold so suffered today at least only work I did was cleaning kitchen cupboards . Bin men come tomorrow so I lobbed some stuff out that's not been used in over 2 year
I found some new kitchen tea towels :j so put them up in airing cupboard
Doesn't help its not stopped raining proper here for 2 weeks so I keep getting soaked :mad: Its a wonder Poppy isn't sneezing/coughing with me0 -
