I've just tried to go to the local shopping centre to pick up last minute bits. I saw the traffic and turned straight back round again

So now I have to go into town tomorrow. The one thing I didn't want to do :o

But I can stretch my physio appointment out so I don't lose too much flex time

    oops, sorry about that :o

You need to think about whether they would recognise you from your posts, or whether you will feel the need to monitor what you say on the thread if they join. Might be easier just to tell them you've stopped glitching ;)

That might be a better idea!

I'm hoping all the reading will put them off :D

Wow, well done! Do you mean it is on Amazon at 87.5% off or are you including yiur 50% off vouchers in the equation?
