I dropped off two bags at food bank collection on the way to taking DD to hospital appointment. One was full of loo rolls, shampoo, shower gel etc, the other one full of selection boxes, chocolates and some tinned food as well.

Phone call from the store about 20mins before collection time. I was in the car at the time, on the way, so it went to voicemail, very apologetic SA saying "We're really sorry but your order has been cancelled by head office, we don't know why, please contact head office to find out why." I've not had time to do that yet. The most annoying part is that today was the only day I could hand over the Christmas goodies to the charity, which means that some people who won't be having the best of Christmasses anyway will be having a slightly worse one now, thanks to Sada ... and I'll be telling head office that when I speak to them.

I've been playing the Amazon game all afternoon. Finally got the amount I wanted an am giving up now. OH has just come in and asked what on earth I'm doing because I'm sat here with 2 laptops open and an iPad (using all 3 at the same time) and there's payment cards strewn everywhere
The last 2 I did, I got the codes instantly. No pending, no waiting to see if it failed. Maybe it's less busy now.
