time to catch up.

So on the house front, was ment to finish with our estate agents Saturday but they have decided to take us off all their sites and rightmove !!! Who cares as I have just made the phone call to new agent and told them to start advertising us now so hopefully in 10 minutes we will be back on rightmove with a good agent and not one that just speaks ****

exactly the same thing happened on OH account telephoned and was told to order again payment will be reversed

Well done - I do wonder if payment failure is nothing to do with the payment method and everything to do with the volume of people applying and then it being the luck of the draw whether yours goes through?

Also whether declined means 3V have rejected it or more likely the Bespoke system has sold out/timed out. I seem to be seeing more error messages today than before, so maybe they have tweaked their system?

Payment method keeps getting rejected (saying details incorrect - for an account that was used to pay previously only once).

don't know why payment page keeps failing , me and DD have had enough, good luck to everyone else with the amazon thing we are bailing out, i'm having visions of my account having numerous 5 pd transactions but no vouchers

This failure has happened once on my 3V account & once with my credit count. Who did you ring, bank or Bespoke?
