It would be amusing if all of us that have been seeing payment failed and then resubmitting then found all those transactions went through ... . Fortunately I use Amazon a lot so will always have used for them (particularly as using up 3V where possible).

Rang the bank to see if payment was authorised then bespoke

who said it had already been reversed and to purchase another voucher

i'm looking on the bespoke page , under payment status it says failed and under my vouchers nothing, I haven't been waiting for emails as they are quite slow to come through it tends to show on the my vouchers section first
