Wanted to share some good unexpected news with the elite today :D:DI got a large envelope in the post with christmas cards in, you may be thinking its that time of year ;) whats odd about that , well it was from ds1:j we have not had contact with him for a long time
there was cards for all his siblings and me and his dad, what is best is that there is an address on it :T He is still in north Wales so I will send a parcel next week and lots of cards and tell him when he is ready we will visit, I will not rush things as dont know his state of mind so going to take baby steps but really good news before christmas.:D

That is fantastic news, and it is wonderful that he has contacted you at this time of year :T:T:T

Don't know if this has already been mentioned but Thorntons premium 200g are £7 in the 3 for £10 at A and £5 at T but they are showing oos. I suppose whether they compare will depend on how long they've shown as oos.

Tweets, well done on your weightloss :D

An inspirational tale for those trying to lose weight, My son's fianc!e went down from 20 stone to 10 stone, size 26 to size 10/12, can't quite remember how long it took her though.

I was going to put a link to the story in a paper, but realised it was a bit of an identifier!

She has had the two kids since, and is still slim and beautiful, enjoys the odd bit of chocolate and goes to the gym, she qualified as a fitness instructor a couple of years ago :D
