Yup, their systems seem quite strict on it (apparently)

Any time I have had points added I've been told it will take a day or two for them to show. Each time I have had to ask again after a week because they still aren't showing!

:(:wall: So, not just other 'loyalty' schemes where this happens. Mine with T was the classic one - bonus points, will added to your next CC statement. CC statement came (two and a half months later:() - they weren't on it. Rang up. "They'll be on your next CC statement". I left the phone politely, but disbelieving what I'd been told. Waited three months. Next CC statement - not on it. (My disbelief turned out to be quite rightly justified.) Rang again. "They'll be on your next statement." "I was told that last time - can you assure me for definite?" Finally,:mad:over six months later, I got the points. Those points are worth "money". It should be my money to spend. Keeping them like that is like an interest-free loan - in fact it is exactly an interest-free loan - from me to them and obviously pays them to delay as much as possible as well as, arguably, to tell customers blatant lies in the meantime.

I'm currently waiting for some bonus points via S. It is now 28 days after my shop. T&Cs on the promotion said points will be allocated 28 days from the date of your shop. That is now gone, today is the 29th day. Received an email in the meantime "congratulating" me for qualifying for the points and telling me they would be added to my account by 1st January:(:(:(:(. It's just no good to create dissatisfaction over some "free" points. Would cost them very little to keep someone happy, for example by doing what you said you would in the first place - except...perhaps it does pay them to delay as much as possible:(. I'm not happy. Not happy with T, S - or M on your behalf:rotfl:.

Unhappy with the whole blasted lot of them. All as bad as each other:rotfl::rotfl:.

DH is online shopping for my Christmas pressies :j
I do feel bad, I'm the one that has control of all the money :o so I've let him lose with a couple of 3vs I bought last month and hadn't used yet.
Only condition is he goes through Q and if possible uses the bonus retailers so I can get my bonus cashback :D
God help him if the cashback doesn't track properly :rotfl:

    I recommend wetherspoon vouchers :D

or arnt you that guilty :rotfl:
  • Hi everyone:wave: not sure whether to say good morning or night?

Just noticed this on msm and not showing promotion on a for me so thought I'd run it past you guys (sorry I've not had time to catch up yet) - it's showing air wick crystal air on a for 3.98 with no multibuy, but on msm it's showing the multibuy 2 for £4. Will the multibuy be picked up by APG if for example a HD or CC shop was done?, or would it go against the online price of a and compare against s? They compare well against S for 1.67 so would be getting paid to take them away.. Unless ive got it the wrong way around? Sorry I've not quite got the hang of this yet:o Is there anyone awake to help?

Haha I didn't realise thats what you meant!:doh:lol
It doesn't really seem like a year, I joined but life has been so hectic and the thread moves so fast ive found it hard to keep up. I thought I'd have a bit of free time now with the baby and not being in work for a bit but I've become twice as busy! Still up in the nights though but get to sleep during the day. Only thing is I can then never be bothered to go glitch shopping during the day, by the time I'm ready to get out of the house I hit all lunch traffic, then school traffic then work traffic. I'm finding it far too cold to be dragging the baby out - I need to get on to online shopping;)
