Tweets, well done on your weightloss :D

An inspirational tale for those trying to lose weight, My son's fianc!e went down from 20 stone to 10 stone, size 26 to size 10/12, can't quite remember how long it took her though.

I was going to put a link to the story in a paper, but realised it was a bit of an identifier!

Very sensible not to do that Enterprise you just never know;)

She has had the two kids since, and is still slim and beautiful, enjoys the odd bit of chocolate and goes to the gym, she qualified as a fitness instructor a couple of years ago :D

That's an inspiration to all who say it cant be done :D

Good morning a lot overnight rain:(but set to clear up later:)am pleased about that as taking my dear friend out for:xmastree: lunch today.

Morning Nannylala, a lot of rain here and pretty windy too. :(

At least it's not snow, yet.

I love the look of snow but hate driving in it and my car is no good for driving in snow and ice. :(

Have a lovely lunch with your friend today. :A
