From experience
they turn black instantly so you do not necessarily need to go as far as burning them ... so much for my plan to de wrinkle a womble
Anon
I sat in somebody elses car the other day- they told me to turn on the heated seats. Now I have to say I had a nice toasty arris BUT I ended up with black receipts in me arris pocketnever stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
Thanks DM, just been trying my friend google.
I don't even know if ancient ipod still works. Looks like there is a way but not sure I want to faff around with it today and DD2 has both her laptops with her, so not got spare one here to download it onto anyway. I know several Christmases in a row she had itunes cards for pressies so know a lot of it was bought stuff. But getting rid of ancient computer is on my list. Want it ready to dispose of today.
Would people do a reformat of hard drive before they dump old computer or is there a way of keeping "Windowx XP" on it just in case it is of use to someone? I am far too rusty on IT.
I would take the harddrive out before dumping, actually I would format it and destroy the PCB on the drive, that is if you ever used it for online shopping or banking etc.
...unless the drive is worth much money? There are tools that will format and overwrite more robustly than windows.
Posting from mobile or would have found you a link.
I have about 20 hard drives in my loft that need dealing with, most won't work with a modern PC lol#CHEEKY :cool:0 -
Thank you altojack
I do feel better but have had 2 colds in the 22 weeks and sitting is uncomfortable because I have lost my fatty bum bum:rotfl::rotfl:
I bet your bum is gorgeous x
One of my sisters lost a lot of weight, and shivered all through a really hot summer, it took her about a year to adjust properly.:D:D

I cant see my bum so wouldn't know will have to ask DS when he visits at Christmas:D:D
I keep shivering but putting it down to cold weather0 -
All I got from mum her talking to Poppy 'oh your mothers sweaters got penguins on' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Was a tad annoyed because work say they can really tell I have lost weight and in my jumper and new legging can tell more. Don't think mum cares .
But yet she asks me if I can tell she's lost weightI say yes but really she looks same
I can also get in and fasten the 14 trousers I been aiming to wear :j cant wear them proper yet they fasten but are digging in so nearly thereplus they summer ones
I wonder if your mum is worried that you are loosing weight and going to be so busy that you won't have time for her.
Keep going girl, you will look lovely (and comfortable) in your trousers in the spring x
Well done x :T:T:T:T100 -
