Nottingham Draft Court Papers

Hi
We received a ticket about a year ago and ignored it, because at the time we thought that was the advice, but checking dates, it was issued about a week after the ignore advice.
We have ignored everything and thought it had gone away, but the other day we received small claims court letters, these didn't have a claim number and had Draft written on them.
I can't find any advice on what to do at this stage, can anyone help?
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Our advice changed two years ago in 2012!
Sounds like Expedion or whatever, from silly old ANPR Ltd up to their tricks?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, my mistake, its from Northampton County Courts and it is with ANPR and the draft county court letter was sent from Expedion Ltd
The ticket was issued 18th October 2013.0 -
Does it say "draft" or "copy"? The reason I ask is that somebody on CAG has posted an image of a similar "court paper" they received from ANPR/Expedion and the latter word was on the paperwork. I contend that the use of the word "copy" implies that there is a properly issued court document in existence and could be very misleading. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Well, I have just been refused a Blue Badge and am on my third draft appeal.
A draft is a practice, a rehearsal, not a final version. Drafts usually end up in the bin.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
