Ok, i have submitted the appeal online to ParkingEye, I'll put another copy in the post and await the rejection! Thanks all.

Ps. I am doing this on behalf of the company i work for, therefore need to minimise the time spent. Having the "charge/penalty" cancelled and making sure they do not receive the monies is enough for me.

I rather suspect it won't be rejected; rather it will be upheld - if their MO over the past 2-3 weeks is anything to go by. Failing that, a POPLA appeal will sort it.

My partner got a parking eye ticket appealed, got rejected, appealed through popla and won as they didn't submit any information.
I got one (same place, thought we would have learnt) sent an appeal and they overturned it straight away.

Hopefully they are starting to give up!!!! Good luck!!!
