I sent claim via recorded delivery to Thomson on 20/11/2014 as recommended by this web site.
The letter stated I required a reply within 2 weeks.
No reply ! - what do I do now?

Please please read initial threads and information before posting separate posts - your question has been answered numerous times and just a little research on the correct thread would have provided an answer. Sorry for being harsh however you must do your own search and not rely on others to answer simple questions.0
