OP have you actually given proper consideration to the situation?

You seem set on taking court action. Are you aware you'll need to pay to file a claim and then also pay a hearing fee upfront? Are you aware of the timescale involved for bringing court action?

Have you already sent UCAs a letter before action - titled as such and giving a reasonable deadline to pay before you commence proceedings against them? If not then you should not even be considering court at this stage.

The cost of starting a small claim is significantly more than the amount you are looking to recover.

Do a chargeback.

If it gets nowhere just get on with your life. The time and energy as well as the upfront payment is simply not worth it to take someone to court for £25.
