  • £25.00 sorry and if I took it to court I charge 8% interest?. I read that somewhere I have given them nearly 2 months I also paid by credit card that could give me protection?.

I suspect that no you couldn't charge them interest, but in case you can, what would you do with that magnificent interest sum of 25p ?

As neil says, call them to find out why it hasn't been repaid. Small claims would be the ultimate course of action, although overkill in my view, but the fact that you've paid by card means that you can initiate a Chargeback with your card issuer that won't cost you anything.
  • Thanks for the reply I did ring but the same information to wait 3 weeks. I also emailed them again and they ask to send my name and dob which I did then they said they couldn't track so asked to send personal I'd and now its been 3 days and no reply. Not sure why they holding the money for 2mobths nearly I could say that my credit card charges me 18% which I paid off but you still have my money so would charge 18% interest?.

My sum was just a guess at the number of days / weeks, I couldn't be too bothered to get it entirely accurate :)

Why are you making life so complicated for yourself? I told you in post #5 to use chargeback, if you want to ignore that and go ahead with court action then I'm out.
