Scottish Power - still billing me 14 months after account closed

As it says above, I closed my account in November 2013. My account was in credit which took a long time to get back - finally achieved that in about February! They also made a total mess up of my switch, and in the end my new provider gave me the reference numbers of the industry switching system to quote to them before they'd believe that I had switched both fuels.

I recieved an email today in my junk, and for some reason, I felt the need to log into my Scottish power account, only to find that I have been issued bills for every quarter since I left!:eek:


I have sent them a message-but I know these don't get replied to promptly from past experience- does anyone know when their phone lines might be quiet so I can ring up and make a complaint please?

    I would write to them or email them instead, and just leave it at that.
