Heart-shaped Christmas Help

We don't normally celebrate Christmas but with a nearly 4 year old girl in the house I have been guilt-tripped into doing so. (She will think that she isn't a good girl if Santa doesn't bring her a present).
Anyway, having been told this by her several times I have asked her what she wants and also what she wrote on her letter to Santa at nursery. Now you'd expect a list a mile long right? But she just says she wants a heart because she doesn't have one. (Think this is because she can't hear her own heart beating).
So not to disappoint her I want to buy a few heart shaped things but not having much inspiration/luck. Would have been spoilt for choice if it was Valentines!
Any ideas please - she's not mega girly so doesn't have to be pink and frilly.

Where has she got that idea from? Doesn't sound like you? Don't ge guilt tripped into something you don't want to do. Especially when you'll probably have to do it year on year!Anyway, having been told this by her several times I have asked her what she wants and also what she wrote on her letter to Santa at nursery. All my 4 year old wanted for xmas (last weekend for us) was to see her favourite aunty and uncle. :heartpuls:
Will scour out some heart shaped stuff.
(When my DD is poorly or sad she likes to lie along me with her head over my heart. Calms me too - she's the only one that's heard it from the inside.
) Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
Get her a stethoscope, that way you can show her how her heart will always be there.

One of our sons was very definite one year - he wanted a metal bucket. Easier than a heart!
marleyboy beat me to it - I was going to suggest a stethoscope. Our kids had one and had great fun with it - everyone, including the dog, got checked out regularly.
Added: this is pretty for tiny treasures -

You guys are great!!!
She does have a stethoscope already (a toy one - it beeps when pressed against anything) but that hasn't convinced her she has a heart.
I was looking for a cushion for her bed but couldn't find anything nice - but I like that red ASDA one.
Notanewuser - at least this year it is innocent and not a cynical ploy to get as much "stuff" as possible - that time will come no doubt! We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -
I like the idea of a hear shaped box too - for precious things/treasures.We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0

As a child I remember making a heart out of red felt and blanket stitch, and stuffing with cotton wool for my mum. A loop of ribbon on the end made it ideal for hanging. It must have cost pennies but looked great to my 6 year old eyes.
Why don't you buy the materials and encourage her to do the same, and create one for each family member? She could place it somewhere prominent during the festive season, and use on door handles for the rest of the year to mark out bedrooms.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
