    Thank you for that, good to know.

    Well I have written a response with the help of my barrister so now just wait and see...kind of want it to get to court already.

    Having reviewed the court cases they have on their site, which aren't very many I add, most of which have been lost due to no defense.

    Your barrister?!?! Wouldn't it have been cheaper just to pay? Or is this barrister your wife or something?

    I should think UKCPS will run a mile once they realise there's a real lawyer involved.

    Not wife but good friend :)

    Since having her write my last letter and having it sent from a chambers in Leeds, where they are based, I have heard nothing back...fingers crossed!
