Is there a thread I've missed regarding the Black Friday deal Vodafone can't fulfil where they did a bait and switch?
The switch is supplying a refurb rather than a new phone. Whilst that's not a deal breaker, its sharky practice from an established business you expect better of.
That's if you receive anything at all.
Its impossible to track the order - web tracking doesn't work and its regular 1 hour waits to speak to someone over the phone.
Pretty bad service, to be fair.
