Hi
I'm very new to lgp and need some advice. I started the process of switching my gas supplier from Calor to Avanti and signed papers from avanti. Now Calor have phoned and said that as part of the switching process, they get a number of days to win back my business. They have sent a better offer and agreement papers.
Is what Calor telling me about getting some time to win me back as part of the switching process accurate?
Also, am I already tied into Avanti because I signed papers with them and requested they start a switch?
